Personal Training sessions can now be booked Monday to Fridays I have some openings and they fill up quick so it’s best to book in advance if you’re looking for a one-to-one coaching session.
If you’ve never tried a personal training session, then now may be the time to give it a go. The benefits of a one-to-one session allow for a more personal approach to certain goals you may be looking to achieve. It is a tailored approach to allow you to train your body to suit you, and your goals rather than a one size fits all.
I look at how your body moves, create a plan to suit what your goals are, what you have in terms of joint range, muscular output, control and what you can tolerate with what you have to offer, these parameters change as you go through the process, and you learn how to execute moves with a mindful reason behind what you are doing and why.
Having this one to one time also allows us to explore a bit more about you, you can ask questions about your general health and wellbeing and we look at possibilities that you may not even be aware of yet.
